- 5-7+ years experience in digital projects
- Understanding of Adobe Experience Cloud or MarTech
- Strong analytical and solution translation skills
- Experience in project budgeting and planning
- Experience in cross-functional international teams
- Organized and detail-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- C1-C2 English and German proficiency
Tasks
- Lead the end-to-end presales process
- Define client visions with account managers
- Facilitate workshops to foster growth
- Analyze client needs during discovery sessions
- Translate requirements into clear project scopes
- Coordinate internal experts for solution design
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals
- Develop project timelines and budget estimations
- Ensure proposal feasibility with delivery teams
- Support presentations, demos, and negotiations
- Improve presales templates and case libraries
- Monitor trends in AI and marketing technology
- Structure slides and refine value propositions
- Research and summarize competitor activities
