Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Information Technologies, Marketing Technology, or related fields
  • •5+ years professional experience in technical consulting, digital business analysis, or similar
  • •Experience with digital transformation services in customer experience, digital experience platforms, website analytics, marketing automation
  • •Flexibility and dedication to client business growth
  • •Strong focus on added value for clients
  • •Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • •Strong understanding of software development methodologies
  • •Industry-specific knowledge and domain expertise
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German (C1 – C2)
  • •Proficiency in French language - a nice to have
  • •Knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud suite - a nice to have
  • •Ability to work independently and with a team
  • •Travel to client’s premises within Switzerland and broader region

Tasks

  • •Engage with clients to understand their business needs
  • •Develop and maintain client relationships
  • •Document meeting outcomes and manage follow-ups
  • •Capture customer needs and translate them into functional requirements
  • •Research existing technology and recommend innovative updates
  • •Stay updated on new features of assigned technologies
  • •Identify areas for improvement in technical solutions
  • •Collaborate with internal and client engineering teams to resolve issues
  • •Provide guidance on technical issues to clients
  • •Gather and analyze requirements, translating them into epics and user stories
  • •Write detailed documentation of technical solutions
  • •Prepare bids for digital services
  • •Participate in business development activities, including proposal writing
  • •Travel to client premises within Switzerland and the broader region
