Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of experience in digital projects as a consultant, project manager, or pre-sales
  • Solid understanding of Adobe Experience Cloud (AEM, Campaign, Target, Analytics), Adobe Experience Platform (AJO, CJA, RTCDP), and/or other MarTech and CMS platforms
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate client challenges into structured solutions
  • Experience preparing budgets, timelines, and implementation approaches for medium to large-scale digital projects
  • Proven track record of working in cross-functional and international teams
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented mindset with ability to manage multiple offers in parallel
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal

  • Lead the presales process from initial opportunity to final proposal
  • Define client’s vision with the Account Manager
  • Set agendas and select relevant topics for workshops
  • Gather and analyze client needs during discovery sessions
  • Translate client needs into clear scopes and deliverables
  • Design and coordinate the offer creation process
  • Identify and involve the right internal and group experts
  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals
  • Include project timelines, budgets, and effort estimations in proposals
  • Collaborate with delivery and technical teams for proposal feasibility
  • Support Account Managers during client presentations and demos
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of presales assets
  • Stay updated on trends in Adobe, CMS, AI, and Marketing Technology
  • Support offer creation and new service packaging
  • Help structure slides and summarize competitors
  • Refine value propositions for proposals
