In this role, you will drive project success by collaborating with diverse teams and external partners, translating business needs into technical solutions, and ensuring smooth project delivery while maintaining high-quality documentation and best practices.

Requirements

• •At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within banking, cards systems, or financial technology environments
• •Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects involving multiple stakeholders and external partners
• •Strong analytical abilities with a demonstrated capacity to assess risks, resolve issues, and improve processes
• •Solid understanding of software project management in agile methodologies, with experience in leading complex technical projects
• •Practical knowledge of SQL, QA processes
• •Familiarity with Java code or willingness to learn it to a level sufficient for reading and understanding code
• •Experience with API integration and troubleshooting, as well supporting team with testing
• •Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable with both technical and non-technical audiences

Tasks

• •Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to clarify business needs
• •Define technical solutions and manage the full project lifecycle
• •Manage project delivery from start to finish, identifying risks early
• •Ensure transparent communication with all stakeholders
• •Act as the main contact point for external partners
• •Master external partners' documentation and track technical announcements
• •Ensure team compliance with project vision and roadmap
• •Prepare project requirements, specifications, user stories, and mockups
• •Translate business needs into actionable technical specifications
• •Provide hands-on project management across software development teams
• •Monitor the production environment and identify areas for improvement
• •Drive initiatives to enhance stability and performance
• •Support the team with Level 3 troubleshooting
• •Optimize processes to reduce operational friction
