- Self-starter with strong sense of ownership, initiative, and urgency
- High integrity, professionalism, tact, and diplomacy; trustworthy and discreet
- Strong written and verbal English; excellent attention to detail
- High proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint essential
- Good understanding of world geography, time zones, and international cultures
- Collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable operating at all levels internally and externally

Tasks
- Manage diaries across multiple time zones
- Prepare and brief the team for meetings
- Coordinate travel and logistics for the executive team
- Collaborate with Travel and Facilities
- Monitor and respond to internal and external correspondence
- Manage approvals, deliverables, and follow-ups
- Compose correspondence and create presentations
- Generate reports and maintain meeting minutes
- Act as VIP point of contact for visiting managers
- Arrange speaking engagements and conferences
- Organize tradeshows and corporate events
- Lead ad-hoc projects as directed
- Process and track expenses
- Manage corporate documents
- Provide ad hoc cover for Travel and Facilities
