Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in group facilitation, executive development, or leadership coaching
- P&L responsibility managing at least 5 million euros
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills with senior executives
- Active listening and facilitation skills
- Self-motivation and organizational skills
- Flexibility to lead in-person meetups and coaching sessions
- Fluency in English and/or German, with optional French
- Active or past involvement in peer-coaching networks
Tasks
- Facilitate in-person peer coaching sessions every 6 weeks or quarterly
- Guide discussions among 6–10 participants for collaboration and outcomes
- Create a safe space for sharing challenges and exchanging insights
- Lead monthly meetups in premium venues within your city
- Collaborate with co-hosts to moderate teaser peer-coaching sessions
- Use meetups to build connections and identify leads for coaching groups
- Curate discussions on real-world challenges to inspire innovation
- Support participants in personal and professional growth
- Monitor group dynamics for optimal engagement and collaboration
