Partner Manager Northern Europe(m/w/x)
Recruiting and enabling agency and system integrator partners for an eCommerce product discovery and search solution across Northern Europe. 3-5 years in partner ecosystems and deep partner recruiting expertise essential. Strategic regional ownership for a scalable partner portfolio.

Tasks
- Identify and recruit high-potential agency and system integrator partners in the Nordics, Netherlands, and UK
- Define target partner profiles for each market
- Build a scalable partner portfolio with clear regional ownership
- Manage partner onboarding, enablement, and certification
- Ensure partners can independently position, demo, and sell FactFinder
- Increase the number of certified consultants and active partners in each market
- Collaborate with Sales and Account Executives on joint go-to-market and co-selling strategies
- Assist partners in identifying, qualifying, and progressing partner-sourced opportunities
- Maintain partner pipeline visibility, deal registration, and forecasting in Salesforce
- Contribute to partner-generated pipeline and annual recurring revenue in line with North Star KPIs
- Work with Marketing on partner campaigns, events, webinars, and local initiatives
- Represent FactFinder at partner and industry events in your regions
