Requirements
- At least 2 years B2B sales experience (UK/Ireland)
- Partnership/key account management or B2B sales experience (office furniture/manufacturer side ideal)
- Structured and reliable working style
- Strong communication skills
- Hands-on approach and enjoyment of execution
- Solution-focused mindset
- High level of personal responsibility
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Odoo or similar)
- Process mindset and continuous improvement focus
- Interest in developing/optimizing operational processes
- Willingness to travel within UK (approx. 20%)
- Experience organizing events/trade fairs/customer activities
- Fluent or native-level English
- German language skills (advantageous)
Tasks
- Build strong, long-term relationships with retail partners
- Expand market presence in UK and Ireland
- Execute UK and Ireland partner strategy
- Develop new sales channels and partnerships
- Support partners with pricing and offers
- Maintain regular communication with partners
- Deliver product training and in-store campaigns
- Organize events and trade fairs
- Participate in key UK furniture fairs
- Ensure London showroom is used effectively
- Collect and share market feedback internally
- Keep Odoo systems up-to-date
- Support retailers with claims and after-sales issues
- Maintain relationship with external UK sales agent
