- Track and report progress of improvement initiatives
- Highlight achievements, challenges, and optimization opportunities
- Implement performance improvement projects
- Reengineer processes and upgrade technology
- Optimize workforce for efficiency
- Support terminals staff on best practices
- Promote standard operating procedures
- Enhance productivity while prioritizing safety
- Ensure compliance with TiL Minimum Health and Safety requirements
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Promote innovation, learning, and adaptation
- Lead cross-terminal continuous improvement activities
- Support Kaizen initiatives
- Produce regular reports on terminal capacity
- Report on productivity and volume
- Provide insights for management and stakeholders
- Support master plan implementation
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners
