Requirements
- Student in International Trade or similar (Bachelor or Master level)
- First successful experience in luxury or industry
- Fluent English
- B1 level in Spanish and Portuguese
- Advantageous Japanese language skills
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas)
- Advantageous SAP or AX ERP experience

Tasks
- Support the Senior Operations Coordinator as a business partner.
- Provide continuous support to Divisions and Markets.
- Identify business priorities.
- Follow up on business priorities.
- Coordinate daily logistics flows.
- Coordinate claims related to operations.
- Utilize ERP to resolve EDI blocks.
- Coordinate logistics flow for triangular operations.
- Ensure smooth logistics flow without customs blocks.
- Process daily flows within the ERP.
- Communicate proactively with Divisions and Markets to prevent delays.
- Process orders and register them in the Export Department folder.
- Process freight invoices using the FAP platform.
- Access information using platforms and intranet.
- Regularize transactions including transfers, misdeliveries, and manual invoicing.

- Currently in higher education
