Requirements
- •University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Management or equivalent professional training
- •Advanced degree in relevant fields
- •Qualification in project management or equivalent, or work experience in project/change management/business improvement
- •Professional experience in business process analysis and/or optimization, project and/or change management
- •Experience with project management methodology
- •Experience coordinating between cross-divisional teams or groups of stakeholders
- •Experience implementing organizational change using change management techniques
- •At least two to four years of relevant professional experience
- •Knowledge of Salesforce Platform
- •Hands-on experience of Global Fund grants
- •International development experience, including in an international organization, non-profit or private sector
- •Excellent computer skills including PowerPoint, Word and Excel and AI tools
- •High quality written and verbal communication skills
- •Strong presentation and facilitation skills
- •Change management
- •Solution oriented root-cause analysis

Tasks
- •Contribute to project plans with key deliverables and deadlines
- •Track project progress and identify potential delays
- •Document key decisions and follow up on open points
- •Monitor and mitigate risks to ensure project delivery
- •Prepare materials for GLC Governance meetings
- •Analyze process data and collect feedback to identify improvement opportunities
- •Coordinate with functional teams to redesign grant lifecycle processes
- •Develop and revise process maps and documentation
- •Document business requirements with an end-to-end process view
- •Contribute to business process metrics and reporting requirements
- •Lead projects to address data quality issues
- •Coordinate with IT on solutions design and requirements
- •Lead user acceptance testing and ensure quality releases
- •Develop change management strategies and materials
- •Implement change management activities to enhance user adoption
- •Embed process changes into the OE Business Support team
- •Conduct knowledge transfer to operational teams
- •Support issue resolution and root cause analyses
- •Manage grant lifecycle processes in line with operational policies
- •Execute process steps based on inputs from Country Teams
- •Investigate and resolve non-routine process-related issues
- •Ensure data quality through quality assurance reviews
