Requirements
- •Based in the Milano/Como/Lecco region
- •Willingness to work under a Swiss employment contract
- •Proven experience in office management or administrative roles
- •Strong organizational skills
- •Ability to drive improvements independently
- •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- •Fluency in Italian and English; German is a strong plus
- •Ability to manage multiple tasks
- •Proactive, reliable, and solutions-oriented mindset
Work Experience

Tasks
- •Organize and set up the Chiasso office
- •Create clear office zones for desks, meeting areas, and storage
- •Structure and equip the lab area
- •Introduce and maintain basic office amenities
- •Develop and maintain a clean and efficient work environment
- •Handle basic HR administrative tasks
- •Assist with low-level finance tasks like managing invoices
- •Manage relationships with office vendors and suppliers
- •Oversee procurement of office materials and stock levels
- •Arrange travel and logistics for team members and visitors
- •Act as a point of contact for employee needs
- •Support company events and internal coordination
- •Provide light executive assistance to management
