- Act as the key link between Key Account Manager and delivery teams
- Ensure strong proposals, healthy margins, and high customer satisfaction
- Produce high-quality, timely offers to meet upselling targets
- Achieve a strong win rate for client sign-off
- Oversee the entire upselling lifecycle
- Manage high-level estimation to final offering
- Act as Project Manager for offers
- Manage offer time, quality, budget, and approvals
- Serve as SPOC for clients, KAMs, and stakeholders
- Liaise with third parties
- Support KAMs in building customer relationships
- Ensure customer satisfaction with offerings
- Maintain accurate sales reporting information in company tools
