- •Perform PCR and purify PCR products.
- •Prepare plates for NGS sequencing.
- •Analyze Sanger and NGS sequencing data.
- •Conduct qPCR using TaqMan and SYBER Green.
- •Perform ddPCR for copy number analysis.
- •Test for mycoplasma using PCR.
- •Write SOPs and forms.
- •Document and analyze reports.
- •Implement new methods in the lab.
- •Participate in R&D projects.
- •Present internal project findings.
