- Act as the patient champion for the therapeutic area
- Facilitate knowledge transfer between patient advocates and MSLs
- Lead scientific exchange and education about therapies with KOLs
- Ensure the MSL team reports relevant strategic insights
- Identify and meet the scientific and technical needs of various departments
- Facilitate educational and research activities for stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with Ipsen SOPs, Policies, and national guidelines
