Senior Medical Affairs Manager(m/w/x)
Planning and managing medical-scientific projects for specialty medicines in immunology and oncology. At least 3 years of Medical Affairs experience in pharma required. Support for field medical staff with scientific materials.
Requirements
- Medical, pharmaceutical, or natural science university degree, preferably with a completed doctorate
- At least 3 years experience in pharmaceutical industry in Medical Affairs position (e.g., Medical Advisor or Medical Manager), ideally in the respective therapeutic area
- Comprehensive experience in medical launch preparation for a therapeutic area or product
- Very good understanding of healthcare system and pharmaceutical ethics, knowledge of compliance guidelines
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluent German and English language skills
- Basic knowledge in financial and budget management, willingness to travel
- Strategic and creative thinking
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Confident and proactive work style with high resilience and flexibility
Tasks
- Plan and manage medical-scientific projects
- Contribute to the development of Medical Plans
- Identify and address evidence and care gaps
- Maintain and expand scientific networks
- Support field medical staff with scientific materials
- Organize and conduct medical projects and training events
- Respond to medical-scientific inquiries from healthcare professionals
- Participate in congresses and training events
- Represent the company at medical-scientific information booths
- Assist in identifying and communicating with potential study centers
- Provide training on scientific questions
