- 3+ years experience in Business Operations/Service Delivery in large-scale, global environment
- 5 years experience in commercial function of pharma/biotech or related regulated industry
- Hands-on experience in large transformation programs and managing project-to-operations transitions
- 3+ years direct people leadership or 10+ years matrix leadership of distributed teams
- Pragmatic, process-driven run-state mindset with passion for continuous improvement
- Collaborative leader partnering with deployment, RDT/IT, and business stakeholders
- VACC mindset and openness to new ways of working
- University Degree in Business or related field; MBA or ITIL certification is a plus
- Able to travel globally as needed (10-15%)

- Drive continuous evolution of business processes
- Implement changes for long-term operational success
- Support transition to stable, high-performing BAU state
- Audit existing business workflows for inefficiencies
- Lead design and implementation of optimized processes
- Manage ongoing business process changes
- Prioritize technical iterations based on business value
- Partner with end users to assess technical impacts
- Optimize resource allocation for new ways of working
- Identify and address gaps in operational model
- Operationalize run-state governance framework
- Establish and monitor KPIs for process speed
- Monitor cost-to-serve and operational friction
- Drive culture of continuous improvement
- Manage stakeholder alignment with vendors, RDT/IT, and business
- Ensure co-creation and support of transition plans
