Requirements

  • University degree in marketing, communications, engineering, or related field
  • Several years of professional marketing/communications experience with potential to learn and grow
  • Proven experience and solid knowledge in developing and handling marketing tactics, including Content Marketing and Analytics tools
  • Extensive expertise and interdisciplinary competence in developing and managing advanced marketing operations
  • Demonstrated experience in planning and executing complex customer projects, including trade fairs and events
  • Proficiency in steering and evaluating marketing/communications strategies, with strong performance measurement understanding
  • Highly creative and open-minded personality, identifying target audiences and devising engaging content across channels
  • Strong communication skills and collaborative mentality

Tasks

  • Drive global B2B marketing for Motion and Drives business
  • Translate drive technology features into customer benefits
  • Contribute to Digital Industries Automation Marketing
  • Work with diverse, global automation marketing team
  • Own Portfolio and Value Marketing for Drive Technology
  • Develop customer-centric value propositions
  • Position offerings within DI solution map
  • Create compelling narratives for system and solution sales
  • Plan and execute digital-first marketing assets
  • Manage budget for marketing assets
  • Generate demand and nurture leads via SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising
  • Develop innovative marketing strategies for motor & drive portfolio
  • Collaborate with AUTMK, PVM, PLM, Sales, agencies, and external partners
  • Optimize content and campaigns based on performance data and KPIs
