- Ideally in the software/SaaS sector
- Proven track record of executing multi-country marketing strategies
- European experience is a plus
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels
- Strong understanding of analytics tools
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent project management skills
- Fluent in English
- Additional European language(s) a plus
- Willingness to travel within Europe

Tasks
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies
- Adapt global marketing initiatives for local markets
- Lead regional campaigns and account-based marketing (ABM)
- Collaborate with Sales, Products & Strategy, and partner development
- Define and implement the EMEA marketing plan
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape
- Set KPIs and OKRs for pipeline and brand visibility
- Lead ABM programs for strategic accounts
- Design personalized campaigns using data-driven insights
- Prioritize EMEA account plans and regional pipeline targets
- Operationalize signal-led outreach using intent data
- Orchestrate multi-channel programs mapped to accounts
- Maintain understanding of competitive landscape
- Demonstrate contribution to pipeline and revenue
- Track Return on Investment (ROI) and report to leadership
