Requirements

  • University degree in marketing, engineering, or related field
  • Several years of marketing/communications experience with potential to learn and grow
  • Proven experience and solid knowledge in developing/handling marketing tactics, Content Marketing, and Analytics tools
  • Extensive expertise and interdisciplinary competence in developing/managing advanced marketing operations
  • Demonstrated experience planning/executing complex customer projects, managing trade fairs and events
  • Proficiency steering/evaluating marketing/communications strategies, performance measurement, and trend adaptation
  • Highly creative and open-minded personality translating technical features into customer solutions and deriving assets for marketing channels/digital campaigns
  • Strong communication skills, proficiency in English, collaborative mentality

Tasks

  • Orchestrate communication to accelerate digitalization in machine tool business
  • Translate CNC automation and digitalization features into customer benefits
  • Contribute to Digital Industries Automation Marketing by addressing customer challenges
  • Work closely with Portfolio and Value Marketing, PLM, Sales, and regions
  • Own Portfolio and Value Marketing for CNC Automation portfolio
  • Develop customer-centric value propositions for products and services
  • Position offerings within DI solution map for solution-oriented selling
  • Create compelling narratives for system and solution sales
  • Plan and execute digital-first marketing assets across customer journey
  • Manage budget for marketing assets
  • Generate demand and nurture leads via SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising
  • Develop innovative marketing strategies for CNC automation portfolio
  • Collaborate with Automation Marketing, Portfolio & Value Marketing, PLM, Sales, agencies, and external partners
  • Optimize content and campaigns based on performance data and KPIs
