  • Facilitate strategic discussions and prioritize initiatives

  • Ensure convergence on common marketing processes
  • Develop and implement global and regional marketing initiatives
  • Set standards for marketing talent acquisition and development
  • Identify technological solutions for market and competitive analysis
  • Accelerate disciplined marketing processes and analytics
  • Partner with business leaders for marketing transformation
  • Serve as a trusted marketing advisor to commercial leadership
  • Liaise with Sales, Product, Pricing, and IT functions
  • Develop multi-year roadmap and priorities
  • Gain enterprise alignment on COE LT priorities
  • Co-create solutions with senior marketing leaders
  • Drive implementation of key initiatives
  • Manage ongoing COE LT agenda
  • Track and monitor key initiatives
  • Work with HR for change management and implementation
  • Develop resourcing options and recommendations
  • Oversee central COE staff
  • Provide support analysis and training
  • Conduct change management and special projects
  • Identify and share external marketing best practices
  • Identify improvement opportunities in marketing tools
  • Serve as global subject-matter lead for marketing tools
  • Set standards for marketing processes and tools
  • Maintain global Marketing Excellence roadmap
  • Prioritize initiatives by impact and feasibility
  • Partner with IT and vendors for tool implementations
  • Define and govern marketing metrics and dashboards
  • Oversee adoption KPIs and performance reviews
  • Coach senior marketing leaders on analytics
  • Design and run global change and adoption strategies
  • Support global marketing capability development
  • Assess and prioritize capability gaps
  • Develop and implement plans to close gaps
  • Coach marketing leaders on processes
  • Facilitate marketing training sessions
  • Develop best practices for recruiting and retaining talent
