Requirements
- •Minimum 2 years of MDR/SDR, B2B sales, or marketing experience
- •Native or bilingual German speaker with strong professional English
- •Experience using CRM and sales/marketing tools
- •Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, remote environment

- •Proactively seek new business opportunities through market research
- •Utilize tools like Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Demandbase, and LinkedIn
- •Conduct targeted, account-based outbound prospecting
- •Book qualified meetings, calls, and demos for Account Executives
- •Act as a liaison until handoff is complete
- •Achieve monthly pipeline quotas and outbound activity goals
- •Build product and industry knowledge through self-learning and team shadowing
- •Represent TraceGains at field marketing events and webinars
- •Understand buyer personas and tailor messaging for stakeholders
- •Support campaign execution with customer and sales insights
- •Increase lead quality and revenue conversion
- •Gain understanding of inbound and outbound lead flows and funnel stages
