- Experience with ERP systems like ORACLE/PeopleSoft, SAP
- Ability to identify and resolve problems proactively

- Proven experience managing highly confidential matters
Tasks
- Lead OIG strategy design and development
- Develop and maintain OIG performance metrics
- Track and report progress to senior leadership
- Lead strategic and operational design initiatives
- Prepare business cases and concept notes
- Coordinate OIG participation in Secretariat initiatives
- Oversee internal and external quality assurance activities
- Monitor methodological consistency and professional standards
- Report to governance bodies on OIG activities
- Manage monthly management information and performance reporting
- Represent OIG in governance and institutional committees
- Develop and implement OIG policies and procedures
- Oversee OIG responses to Secretariat proposals
- Act as OIG focal point for governance engagement
- Oversee OIG budgeting and financial management
- Manage consultant selection and OIG functions
- Strengthen OIG project management capabilities
- Lead OIG operational risk management
- Diagnose and address operational bottlenecks
- Coordinate OIG’s annual risk assessment
- Lead cross-functional projects to enhance OIG impact
- Provide direction and coaching to the team
- Foster a culture of excellence and collaboration
- Demonstrate sound judgment and ethical standards
- Perform additional duties as assigned
