Planning & Monitoring Manager(m/w/x)

Requirements
- Master's degree (MSc, MBA) or equivalent, ideally in International Affairs & Development or International Economics
- 8-10 years relevant experience in planning, monitoring, reporting technologies, and project management
- Experience in humanitarian or development organization
- Solid knowledge of planning and performance management best practices
- Proficiency in data analytics and reporting tools
- Ability to simplify complex issues and apply structured problem-solving
- Strong communication skills, ability to engage and lead individuals and groups
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Working knowledge of French
- Rotation mobility required
Tasks
- Lead strategic planning and monitoring
- Oversee quarterly performance reporting
- Coordinate with Head of Organizational Management & Planning
- Manage a team of experts for PMT
- Develop and update action plans and methodologies
- Serve as business owner of PMT
- Drive improvements to systems and processes
- Define business requirements and innovations
- Connect PMfR data to organizational performance data
- Promote Results-Based Management (RBM)
- Maintain RBM-related materials
- Collaborate with peers on RBM
- Oversee knowledge management for PMfR and RBM
- Embed institutional strategy into PMT
- Work with operating managers and data focal points
- Update institutional strategy monitoring framework
- Ensure data and evidence support outcomes
- Ensure coherence of monitoring and reporting processes
- Co-coordinate institutional Quarterly Review process
- Develop institutional performance dashboards
- Manage a team in Belgrade
- Coordinate additional support resources
