- 5+ years’ experience in healthcare policy, governmental affairs, public administration, pharma or consulting
- Proven advocacy and stakeholder management in Switzerland
- Ability to influence at national and cantonal level
- Strong negotiation skills
- Trust-based, partnership mindset
- Fluent German
- Fluent French
- Fluent English
- Italian language skills a plus
- High integrity and compliance mindset

Tasks

- Represent company in industry associations
- Contribute to shaping healthcare policy
- Monitor Swiss political and regulatory changes
- Partner with Healthcare Affairs and Market Access teams
