Requirements

  • 8 years in pharmaceutical sales, market access, or key account management
  • Knowledge of Swiss healthcare, procurement, reimbursement, and regional network
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and account planning skills
  • Matrix leadership and cross-functional mindset
  • Track record in multi-stakeholder healthcare projects
  • Proficiency in German and English; French and Italian advantageous
  • Valid driver’s license and extensive travel willingness
