  • Ability to develop clear and crisp account plans
  • Proven track record of leading diverse teams laterally
  • Strong cross-functional mindset
  • Highly skilled in coordinating across internal teams and Business Units
  • Deliver a seamless, unified customer experience
  • Proven track record of successful development and implementation of multi-stakeholder projects
  • Projects in the healthcare setting
  • Proficiency in French
  • Proficiency in German
  • Proficiency in English
  • Proficiency in Italian is a plus
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Willingness to travel extensively within Switzerland
  • Strong collaboration with office-based colleagues
  • Regular presence in the office of Boehringer Ingelheim Switzerland in Basel
