- Manage application lifecycle services

- Maintain operational SLAs
- Ensure operational readiness for new solutions
- Drive continuous improvement and automation
- Establish risk KPIs and metrics
- Provide feedback loops for future improvements
- Collaborate with business stakeholders
- Optimize internal processes within SNP
- Negotiate and execute vendor contracts
