- •University degree as full lawyer, graduate lawyer, business lawyer, or business IT specialist with additional qualification in data protection law
- •At least 5 years of profound experience in a similar role
- •Excellent communication, leadership, and coaching skills
- •High level of commitment, proactivity, and solution-orientation
- •Experience and understanding of needs and organizational challenges of an international Group of companies
- •In-depth understanding of legal, technical, and organizational aspects of data protection in practice
- •Ability to emphasize practical relevance of data protection in projects concisely and positively
- •Ability to develop clear and pragmatic implementation recommendations for functional departments
- •Intercultural awareness and diplomatic skills
- •Outstanding personal integrity and trustworthiness
- •Fluency in English and German

Tasks
- •Maintain and develop the Group Data Protection Management System
- •Manage data protection communication across various media channels
- •Lead the Group Data Protection team
- •Manage complex global projects and create blueprints for subsidiaries
- •Provide guidance to Country Data Protection Coordinators worldwide
- •Oversee investigations and incident handling
- •Support international compliance projects within Group Compliance & Data Protection
