- Excellent verbal/written English skills, good German skills (plus)
Tasks
- Enhance IT Service Continuity Management and Disaster Recovery frameworks.
- Perform risk assessments and business impact analyses.
- Identify critical services and dependencies.
- Support departments and sites in enhancing Business and IT Service Continuity Plans.
- Collaborate with teams to test and refine continuity plans.
- Conduct regular exercises and simulations.
- Ensure compliance with IT Service Continuity and Disaster Recovery requirements.
