- •Fluency in French and English
- •Independent mindset and capability to work under pressure by meeting deadlines
- •Excellent communication skills aimed at coordination and reporting, along with excellent organizational skills

- •Maintain accurate records of equipment technical notices and upgrades
- •Monitor and analyze equipment performance using data-driven methods
- •Develop and implement Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) programs
- •Establish standardized troubleshooting methodologies
- •Partner with cross-functional teams for continuous improvement
- •Provide technical expertise to maintenance technicians and engineering teams
- •Define and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance schedules
- •Lead Equipment Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (eFMEA) processes
- •Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for equipment reliability
- •Support equipment selection and evaluation for optimal performance
