- Master’s degree in law (MLaw)
- Admission to Swiss bar (strong plus)
- Fluency in English
- Fluency in German
- Experience in diverse, cross-cultural environments

- Ability to complete multiple tasks accurately

Tasks
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements
- Support corporate governance and housekeeping
- Advise on Swiss employment law and policies
- Ensure compliance with Swiss labor and regulatory policies
- Embed legal considerations in business decisions
- Develop and implement internal policies and procedures
- Prepare and deliver legal trainings to employees
- Handle legal matters for the new Swiss site in Zug
- Conduct legal research and monitor regulatory changes
- Manage routine legal tasks independently
- Escalate complex legal issues as needed
