Requirements

  • •Lawyer with 2-4 years of practical experience
  • •Experience in obtaining and/or maintaining regulatory licenses or registrations
  • •Experience providing regulatory and governance advice
  • •Broader knowledge of Swiss, EU and/or UAE banking laws
  • •Ability to manage transactions and projects
  • •Exceptional drafting skills and attention to detail
  • •Effective written and oral communication
  • •Experience engaging with regulators
  • •Knowledge of crypto and digital assets
  • •Experience with blockchain technology and tokenisation

Tasks

  • •Draft and review legal documents, including contracts and agreements
  • •Provide legal advice on various regulatory matters
  • •Support license application processes and market expansion
  • •Engage with regulators on governance and regulatory requirements
  • •Assist Product and Engineering teams in designing compliant services
  • •Advise the business and Compliance team on legal matters
  • •Manage external counsel and legal spend
  • •Address ad hoc legal queries across multiple jurisdictions
  • •Stay updated on digital asset regulatory developments and share insights
