Requirements

  • •Strong educational background in Law
  • •Expertise in negotiation and legal drafting in energy marketing and trading agreements
  • •Minimum of 3 years of experience in an in-house legal role or at an international law firm
  • •Knowledge and experience in Natural Gas trading agreements
  • •Strong understanding of energy markets and trading instruments
  • •Familiarity with EU commodity exchanges and commodity derivative trading
  • •Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
  • •Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • •Ability to find solutions within the legal framework considering business drivers

Bachelor's degree

  • •Lead advisory for LNG desk on trade documentation and negotiation
  • •Provide clear legal advice on daily LNG commodities transactions
  • •Draft, review, and negotiate energy trading agreements

  • •Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide proactive solutions
  • •Analyze regulatory matters related to LNG business activities
