Requirements
- •Law degree from a reputable law school and bar admission in the EU, UK, or Switzerland
- •Post-graduate degree from a reputable law school ideally
- •Excellent academic credentials
- •3 to 5 years of relevant experience in an international law firm, financial institution, or multinational corporate environment
- •Majority of experience in handling international finance transactions and experience in international M&A and corporate
- •Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making
- •Proven track record in various jurisdictions and broad knowledge of legal systems
- •Ability to perform responsibilities with skill, efficiency, and practicality
- •Solid experience in an international and decentralized environment and in cross-cultural teams
- •General agility, sound judgement, and highly developed legal and commercial sense
- •Spearheading legal projects, managing finance transactions, and communicating with senior management
- •Team player in a fast-paced and high-performance culture with high ethics and integrity
- •Self-motivated with structured work approach and strategic reasoning
- •Superior analytic and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- •Strong business and operational acumen balancing legal and commercial needs
- •Ability to handle multiple tasks and deliver under pressure
- •Excellent time management skills
- •Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective facilitation and influence
- •Effective negotiation skills
- •Strong technical legal writing skills
- •Fluent and articulate English speaker with advanced drafting and writing skills

Tasks
- •Provide expert guidance on finance-related legal matters
- •Ensure compliance with financial regulatory requirements
- •Support structuring and negotiation of international bank financings
- •Draft finance documentation for security packages and guarantees
- •Advise stakeholders in finance, treasury, and legal teams
- •Support and negotiate domestic and international M&A transactions
- •Provide high-quality legal advice on corporate and commercial matters
- •Support in legal fields of Swiss law, including litigation and employment law
- •Identify risks and propose solutions to mitigate disruptions
- •Draft internal policies on professional standards and risk management
- •Manage the group’s contract template repository
- •Develop and provide training to legal teams and stakeholders
- •Collaborate with external legal and financial advisors
- •Perform other duties as assigned by the General Counsel
