Requirements

  • •Law degree from an accredited law school
  • •Minimum of 5 years of experience as a corporate and/or finance lawyer
  • •Expertise in corporate governance, employment and contract law
  • •Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
  • •Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • •High level of integrity and professional ethics
  • •Fluency in English; proficiency in German is a plus
  • •Experience in the energy or industrial sector
