- Manage TRP review meetings and agendas
- Select TRP members for specific review cycles
- Operationalize differentiated TRP review modalities
- Manage the TRP remote review process
- Update TRP operating procedures and manuals
- Develop TRP reports for the Board
- Coordinate recruitment of global experts for the TRP
- Facilitate day-to-day governance and leadership retreats
- Establish performance assessment frameworks and KPIs
- Maintain the TRP membership pool and conflict data
- Provide strategic grant recommendations to the Board
- Prepare briefings and data for GAC decision-making
- Lead portfolio-wide policy and investment discussions
- Manage feedback loops between the GAC and TRP
- Oversee GAC reporting and Board constituency responses
- Lead onboarding for new members and partners
