Requirements
- Degree in Electrical, Aerospace, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Experience in delivering airborne radar capabilities
- Ability to translate operational scenarios into radar KPIs
- Practical experience with radar modes and scheduling
- Understanding of RF and antenna/aperture integration
- LO/signature-aware mindset and LPI concepts knowledge
- Leadership in verification and test processes
- Ownership of ICDs and supplier technical control
Tasks
- Lead end-to-end airborne AESA radar system engineering
- Translate mission needs into technical radar performance requirements
- Develop radar concept of operations and mode scheduling
- Drive antenna integration and radome impact assessments
- Manage overall RF performance and end-to-end modeling
- Ensure compliance with low observability and RCS constraints
- Plan and execute sensor verification and flight tests
- Coordinate data interfaces with software and avionics teams
- Manage technical supplier relationships and specification reviews
- Define and maintain mission system interface control documents
- Produce technical requirements, test plans, and performance reports
