Requirements

  • Several years of experience as Solution Engineer, Pre-Sales Consultant, Solution Architect, or Technical Consultant
  • Ideally experience at CRM, SaaS, or cloud software company
  • Alternatively, experience at implementation partner/consulting firm with relevant project experience
  • Experience in customer projects involving CRM, Data, or AI (strong advantage)
  • CRM and platform architectures knowledge
  • Data Integration & Data Platforms knowledge
  • AI-powered applications knowledge
  • Automation and intelligent agents (Agentic AI) knowledge
  • Ability to discuss architecture decisions and explain complex technical relationships
  • Strong customer-first mentality
  • Ability to connect technical solutions with business value
  • Experience working with diverse stakeholders (Business & IT)
