Requirements

  • •Background in industrial engineering or AI/tech
  • •Manufacturing or industrial engineering background with interest in digital transformation
  • •Technical/AI-focused background with hands-on experience in automation, data, or intelligent systems
  • •Degree in industrial engineering or related field
  • •Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or operations
  • •Passion for digital transformation in the industrial sector
  • •Salesforce experience or certifications are a strong plus
  • •Interest in AI and its practical applications in business
  • •Familiarity with reading and understanding code (e.g. Java, JavaScript, APIs)
  • •Understanding of enterprise platforms such as Salesforce
  • •Salesforce certifications are a strong plus
  • •Collaborative and curious mindset
  • •Confidence in engaging with customers and explaining complex topics
  • •Passion for innovation, automation, and business impact
  • •Fluency in English and German; French is a plus
  • •Salesforce certifications (e.g. Admin, Platform App Builder, AI Associate)
  • •Previous experience with Salesforce solutions or ecosystem
  • •Experience working in cross-functional teams
  • •French

Education

Vocational certification

Bachelor's degree

  • •Help manufacturing customers leverage AI
  • •Demonstrate how AI Agents solve industry challenges
  • •Understand customer goals and align with Salesforce solutions

  • •Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams
