Requirements

  • Degree in supply chain, logistics, business administration, or related field
  • 3–5 years experience in customer service or order management
  • Experience leading or supervising teams
  • People‑first, inclusive, and coaching‑oriented mindset
  • Strong knowledge of SAP (SD module) and Microsoft applications
  • Familiarity with Incoterms and OTIF‑related processes
  • Excellent communication in English and German
  • Proficiency in at least one additional language
  • Solution‑oriented, accurate, and customer‑focused working style
  • Ability to build partnerships and drive continuous improvement

  • Lead and develop Customer Care Specialists

  • Collaborate with Finance and Commercial teams

  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
  • Drive operational stability using data insights
  • Implement corrective and preventive actions
  • Uphold SHE guidelines and safety standards
  • Manage process risks and compliance practices
