Requirements
- PhD or equivalent relevant experience in Experimental Particle Physics
- Provision of two reference letters
- Proficiency in particle physics data analysis
- Proficiency in detector simulation
- Proficiency in collider experimental environment in e+e- collisions
- Full knowledge of FCC-ee precision physics programme
- Full knowledge of implications on detector performance
- Agility with programming languages (python, C++)
- Agility with HEP software tools (ROOT, GuineaPig, BIB Monte-Carlo codes)
- Proven experience with supervision
- Proven experience with team coordination
- Familiarity in detector design and prototyping
- Familiarity in machine-detector interface studies
- Familiarity with large scale computing infrastructures (e.g. Condor)
- Familiarity with workflow management systems
- Electroweak precision measurements with collider data
- Analysis and interpretation of experimental data
- Analysis and optimisation of detector performance
- Simulation, design and development of detectors
- Knowledge and application of physics reconstruction techniques
- Knowledge and application of statistical methods

- Lead research and development for FCC-ee experimental program
- Focus on beam-induced backgrounds and machine–detector interface
- Optimize detectors for precision measurements at the Z pole
- Supervise integration of realistic background conditions in simulations
- Develop scalable workflows for computing resources
- Run large-scale beam-induced background simulations
- Quantify background sources and their effects on detectors
- Design strategies to mitigate backgrounds with experts
- Determine key parameters from experimental data
- Define requirements for detector alignment and calibration
- Contribute to FCC-ee detector technology design
- Perform hands-on work on prototypes and test-beam experiments
- Foster collaboration between physicists, engineers, and software specialists
- Present results in internal and international meetings
- Contribute to scientific publications and technical reports
