- Extensive expertise in Customer Success, Account Management, or Professional Services
- Proficiency in English and German with outstanding communication skills

- Degree or equivalent experience

Tasks
- Serve as the primary contact for customers in Europe
- Ensure alignment with customers' strategic goals
- Coordinate Nasdaq FinTech services with internal teams
- Manage relationships and mitigate risks
- Address critical issues for customers
- Lead executive business reviews and meetings
- Oversee projects and identify upsell opportunities
- Handle partner concerns effectively
- Promote Nasdaq’s engagement model
- Build strong partner relationships
- Drive improvements in customer satisfaction
- Enhance Customer Success services based on customer needs
- Accelerate customer adoption growth
