Requirements
- Fluency in German and English (minimum C1 level)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented and analytical approach
- Relevant customer-facing work experience
- Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
- Strong understanding of (social) media landscape
- Strong understanding of media monitoring tools
- Experience with global customers across multiple teams/regions
- Proven track record in strategic account planning/execution
- Executive-level relationship building ability
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving under pressure
- Analytical, strategic, and insightful mindset
- Autonomous work with proactive approach
Tasks
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with executive sponsors
- Align activities with customer business cases and strategy
- Enable customers to maximize Cision’s and Brandwatch’s solution value
- Oversee customer onboarding
- Provide customer training
- Develop customer best practices
- Deliver continuous value to customers
- Maximize customer return on investment
- Manage customer account renewals
- Collaborate on quarterly business reviews
- Collaborate on retention strategies
- Collaborate on upsell initiatives
- Identify opportunities to expand platform, services, and integrations
- Identify key customer product requirements
- Escalate key customer product requirements
- Manage ongoing customer expectations
- Coach and advise customers
- Share best practices with customers
- Leverage lessons learned for customer benefit
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Collaborate with Product Support teams
- Ensure effective resolution of technical issues
