Tasks

  • Develop and execute commercial strategy for pharmacy groups
  • Manage expanded customer portfolio, including central organizations
  • Ensure strategic alignment and flawless execution for sales growth
  • Develop customer-specific strategies and annual business plans
  • Own baseline, promotional plans, and in-store execution
  • Maintain monthly connections with central organizations
  • Conduct regular customer business reviews
  • Assess performance and identify growth opportunities
  • Lead contract negotiations and marketing plan agreements
  • Analyze market data, competition, and consumer insights
  • Collaborate on volume and value forecasts
  • Manage defined pharmacy territory with weekly field visits
  • Collect and share insights cross-functionally
  • Identify new growth opportunities and risks
  • Collaborate with National Sales Force Lead for alignment
  • Provide strategic direction to Sales Representatives
