Tasks
- Troubleshoot desktop systems and peripheral equipment

- Install and configure computer hardware
- Maintain and upgrade peripherals and printers
- Manage hardware and software asset inventories
- Handle system decommissioning and licensing
- Document system problems and their resolutions
- Provide basic IT training to staff
