Tasks

  • Troubleshoot problems using diagnostic tools.
  • Document resolutions in the knowledge base.
  • Maintain updates for assigned incidents.
  • Participate in projects as directed by IT management.
  • Attend training programs and team meetings.
  • Interface professionally with employees at all levels.
  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff.
  • Ensure coverage by participating in assigned schedules.
