- •Fluency in French and English

- •Support performance management cycles and follow-ups
- •Assist with recruitment across various teams
- •Manage absence documentation and tracking
- •Maintain employee files and documentation
- •Resolve Workday system inquiries for staff
- •Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities
- •Process employment contract changes and requests
- •Liaise with payroll and finance teams
- •Prepare HR data reports and audits
- •Track HR deliverables and deadlines
- •Update HR systems and records
- •Support process improvement initiatives
- •Contribute to global HR projects
- •Assist with employee relations topics
