Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Commercial education
  • Experience in watches, jewellery, luxury, or FMCG
  • Exposure to international or travel retail environments
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Fluent English (mandatory)
  • Fluent French (strong plus)

Tasks

  • Support portfolio management of travel retail customers
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Follow up on orders, reorders, and stock levels
  • Optimize assortment and product selection per customer
  • Participate in business reviews and client meetings
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
  • Onboard new customers in the travel retail channel
  • Expand distribution and improve sales performance
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners
  • Handle day-to-day client requests
  • Support regular client visits and follow-up on action plans
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and service quality
  • Track sell-in, sell-out, and stock levels
  • Support sales forecasting and reporting
  • Analyze performance data, highlight risks, and opportunities
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for internal stakeholders
  • Implement trade marketing and promotional activities
  • Coordinate product launches and in-store activations
  • Monitor new product introduction performance
  • Assist in product presentations and seasonal launches
  • Train retail staff on products, brand, and selling techniques
  • Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring strong brand visibility and consistency
