Key Account Manager – Travel Retail(m/w/x)

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field
- Strong experience in watches, jewellery, luxury, or related industries
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing retail customers
- Experience in travel retail or international retail is a strong advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Results-oriented with a data-driven mindset
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong project management capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with strong cross-functional collaboration skills

Tasks
- Drive sales growth and profitability
- Manage and develop travel retail customers
- Define and implement customer-specific strategies
- Set and deliver sales targets
- Negotiate commercial agreements
- Act as main commercial contact
- Expand distribution and improve productivity
- Identify and onboard new customers
- Monitor market trends and competition
- Build long-term partnerships
- Conduct regular client and market visits
- Understand customer needs and retail environments
- Maintain high customer satisfaction
- Monitor sell-in, sell-out, and stock levels
- Analyze performance trends
- Implement corrective actions
- Provide accurate sales forecasts
- Deliver regular sales reports
- Collaborate with Marketing teams
- Ensure optimal marketing ROI
- Oversee product launches
- Monitor product performance
- Deliver product presentations
- Lead seasonal launches
- Recommend optimization actions
- Train retail staff
- Act as brand ambassador
- Work closely with cross-functional teams
- Ensure alignment between strategy and execution
- Coordinate for product availability
